Rolando's passion for commercial real estate began during his time at his family's business, Dallas Tortillas, Inc. There, he gained experience managing the family's portfolio of investment properties. He was involved in several facets with those properties including lease administration and negotiation, banking and financing terms for loans, and managing property repairs. After departing from the family business, Rolando focused on retail and restaurant-oriented opportunities as a licensed real estate agent, where he established himself as a trusted expert assisting clients with leasing or acquisitions.

One of Rolando's notable achievements was his partnership with Christopher Aslam, a newly established Jack in the Box franchisee. Rolando played a vital role in assisting Chris in growing and expanding his business, and their successful collaboration continues to this day. In addition, Rolando has worked with other national Fast Food/QSR brands such as Yum! Brands, Burger King, Sonic, and Golden Chick.

Currently, Rolando represents retail clients WSS Shoes and La Familia Auto Insurance, and continues to assist restaurant clients such as El Tiz Taquerias, Golden Chick’s corporate real estate  and Rock Strategic Restaurant Group, which manages Aslam's Jack in the Box and Golden Chick locations. Rolando's expertise, professionalism, and long-term business relationships make him a sought-after commercial real estate agent in the industry.
