RJ grew up in real estate. He has been working with his father, Rolando, since 2012. He attended both Jesuit College Preparatory School of Dallas and Southern Methodist University. While attending SMU, RJ began to learn and perform the daily administrative marketing tasks of Commercial Real Estate, such as creating brochures and other marketing materials, contact database management and etc. 

 

RJ played a strong role in assisting Rolando and his partner, David Choe. During this time, he really learned the brokerage side of the business. He began to prepare Letters of Intent, Contracts, site reviews, and maps, while building contacts in the Industry and also enhancing his marketing skills. 

 

RJ assisted David on deals for Pie Five Pizza, Einstein Bagels, Surefire Pizza, Elite Cigar as well as some Landlord Representation work. Along with Rolando, RJ currently represents Hawaiian Bros, Golden Chick, WSS Shoes, El Tiz Taqueria, and Rock Strategic Restaurant Group while also handling leasing for a few Landlords.
